Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund or return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached.
- A return request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Note: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or clearance items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us at contact@synauk.store with your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos (if applicable).
- Our support team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions and a return address.
- Securely pack your item(s) and ship them to the return address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Timeframes
- Return Request Window: Within 7 days of delivery.
- Return Shipping: Must be shipped within 5 days of receiving return approval.
- Refund Processing: Once approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items purchased on final sale or discount
- Products showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration
- Items returned without original packaging or tags
- Gift cards or promotional items
- Shipping fees (unless the item is defective or the wrong product was sent)
Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to get a different size or item, please return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@synauk.store with:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the issue
- Description of the problem
We will promptly review your case and offer a replacement or full refund where appropriate.
Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
